1. Tenant Finder FEE
If you don´t have time for advertising your property, arrange viewings, paperwork and tenant check in, we can help you with that. Our service include:
- Advertising the property
- Arrange viewings
- Make viewings
- Tenant pre selection process
- Referenciation process with LETHQ
- Paperwork (AST contract and house rules)
- Check in process with inventory and registered evidence
- Deposit protection
- Welcome package
*Professional photos are requiered. If you don´t have them we can provide the service with an additional cost.
PRICE:
- Finder fee per tenant every check in: £150
- Check in & out inventory: £15 each.
- Reference Process with LETHQ (third party ) : £20.
- Deposit protection register ( my deposits.com ): £20
- Welcome package: £20
All Fees are Subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
2. Full management service
For those who preffer a fully management service we have the product. Our service include:
- Advertising the property
- Marketing
- Arrange viewings
- Make viewings
- Tenant pre selection process
- Referenciation process with LETHQ
- Paperwork (AST contract and house rules)
- Check in process with inventory and registered evidence
- Deposit protection and welcome package
- Periodic inspection to the property
- Arrangement of maintenance, handyman services and cleaning service
- Reconciling accounts
- Check out process

PRICE:
HMO:
13% + VAT monthly FEE of the rents received from all tenants.
SINGLE LET:
10% + VAT
SERVICE ACOMMODATION:
15% + VAT
