Premium Services
- Customer Service: permanent customer service staff ready to answer your questions and requests.
- Handyman service: effective and timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
- 7/24 Assistance for any amergency in the property.
- Cleaning: complimentary cleaning of all common areas every fortnight.
- Housemates: all tenants are thoroughly check for you to have peace of mind about who you will be sharing the house with.
- Check in Package: accompaniment and guidance for foreign tenants is offered. We will provide you with the best information about points of interest, transportation services and facilities around Liverpool.
- Legal documents: AST contract, house rules, we will manage their deposits using a Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and all other required formalities. AST contracts will be for a minimum of six months or sometimes shorter due to relocation constraints.
